After the birth of my fourth child this year, I began training with Jodie for the first time, she was a recommendation from several people I knew. I had gained a lot of weight during the end of my pregnancy and my fitness level had plummeted. I have used personal trainers before, but have found Jodie to be extra caring,motivational,knowledgeable in all the aspects of regaining my pre-pregnancy shape and fitness. I wont to thank her for her extra support in times needed, her enthusiasm and positive input into my life...I am now well on the way to looking better then I did pre babies and my fitness level is better than ever. Training with Jodie has been an awesome experience and has never been a chore. She is inspirational and extremely motivating. My results were that I toned in the areas I really wanted to see change in, and I have felt healthier than ever before. I achieved my personal fitness goals, but in the end the important thing to me was that I feel great! Once I had achieved my physical targets, it really didn't matter to me anymore because I got to a stage where I saw my physique as really beautiful in its own way - and I stopped comparing myself to other people.
