Being a mum of three beautiful active children, I have learnt that we, as parents, are the most important role models to our kids.

Showing my kids that being active and eating the right foods to give our bodies (petrol) to run efficiently is one of the best gifts that I can give them.

I have learnt that it is easy to encourage and motivate kids from a very young age to make the right choices for their growing bodies.

Knowing that treats are ok, some of the time, and that lots of fresh fruit, vegetables and meats make their bodies grow the right way. Strong and fast!

I have designed a kids fitness program that makes kids enjoy being active and love seeing and feeling their bodies come alive.

I love it when Kids actually feel good about themselves, see themselves achieve goals that they would sometimes think impossible. Encouraging them to have a go!
Kids can be cruel and brutally honest, especially in the school playground. I have designed my training to boost kids self confidence and build awareness of food choices in a fun and productive way!

My kids have made many new friends in my group training programmes. All the kids encourage one another and have fun and to do their very best.

My group training is made up of many varied and fun exercises which cater for all age groups and all fitness levels.
